Proper function of the spine and joints is essential for participation in all athletic activity.  A spine that is strong, flexible and balance can improve your speed, strength and accuracy.  A properly function spine improves the communication between the brain and the body via the nervous system.  The result is balance, coordination and movement patterns to help you be at your best game.  The chiropractor can evaluate your spine and joints to find restrictions and misalignments that may be interfering with full motion and function.  These joint dysfunctions are treated with adjustments to improve the alignment and motion, reduce nerve interference and restore normal function.

Prevention is the best way to stay in the game.  Maintaining your health and fitness is based on making the right choices and investing your time in healthy habits.   A diet of lean protein, vegetables and fruit, and healthy fats gives you energy and maintains healthy weight.  Keep hydrated with clean fresh water.  Exercise regularly for stamina, strength and flexibility.  Get adequate rest, proper sleep.  Keep the mind active, focused and keep a positive attitude.
